How execute several sql scripts parallel?

I try to execute via sqlplus several sql scripts parallel to short execution of process. Is there any possibilities to do this? LINUX ORACLE 5.XX

I do this too via scheduler but now I need to do this via sqlplus or shell+sqlplus?

How can I start via shell script several xterminals aND on ech session start all sql scripts?
