How does setup schedule data by a PL/SQL process for one year?

I need a process for Weekly, Frothingly, Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly schedule data setup for a year. Anyone needed help .
Recently I will completed daily process for one year. But Weekly, Frothingly, Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly schedule has created problem.
