How does Oracle Java Cloud Service Instance with AppToCloud support for ADF web applications?

we have created a JCS instance and also tried to export an on premise weblogic domain(without JRF template) to cloud using app2cloud provision in JCS and were able to import successfully..

But in what scenario does this really helpful to customer, if we can't import WebLogic server domains with adf web applications?

Is there any provision to import these jrf enabled domains from on premise using this app2cloud tool in JCS..?
