How does one tell if the OS installed is Red Hat Linux or Oracle Red Hat...

Linux?

I saw the distro disk, and it had a Red Hat logo. (5.4)

Also what support does O give to customers that have Non-O Red Hat on an Oracle system, and they need to install an HBA?
