How do you set the mimetype to csv for report output?

I am running reports from forms and have set
delimiter=,
The user is allowed to set desformat and desname.
If the user selects desformat=delimited the desname defaults to
a filename with a suffix of lis.
Is there a way to default the filename suffic to csv? This would correspond to the delimiter=, setting.

I have had a look at my Windows Explorer (windoes 2000) for the content type of MIME and cannot see it under the File Type tab. Should I be looking somewhere else?
