How do PeopleSoft HCM customers handle company tuition reimbursement? Our users have requested a self-service application (for submitting tuition reimbursement applications with supporting documentation and workflow) which would also interface into payroll for payment.
Since tuition reimbursement is such a desirable company benefit these days, I'm just curious as to how other PeopleSoft customers handle tuition reimbursement - both from the perspective of an employee self-service application as well as from an administrative piece which would interface into payroll. Does anything delivered exist in PeopleSoft or from other vendors who could interface with PeopleSoft payroll?
