How do i use <OSC> bar to display

Hi All,

I want to user Oracle Message bar <OSC> in the Bottom of the running bar .

I want to Display the Environment like DEV, TEST, Production and i want to display the Login user as well. if not possible ..please advice me a good solution to display those information in the forms.

i am using oracle forms 11g.
