How do I use inline css to change the column heading color of an IR Report

Hi There

I've updated my Apex from Version 4.2 to 5.0 and imported my application and a 3rd party supplied theme. Everything works except for the colors of the IR Headings are now Red. I know I can use the Inline CSS on the page designer to override the colors used, however I've got no idea of how to achieve this. I googled and searched this forum, alas no luck. Can someone help me with this?
