How do I upgrade a domain in oepe 11g to a domain in oepe 12c (12.1.3)?

Hi everybody,

I have a domain inside the OEPE 11g installation configured with JMS queues, Data Sources and authorization provider to test applications while they are being developed. Because I'm now using the OEPE 12.1.3 Kepler, I'd like to upgrade this configured and usable domain to this new installation, otherwise I will have to make all the configurations once again.
