How do I start the User Interface (client)?

Hi! We are brand new to Oracle and I have downloaded the 10g_win32_db.zip and the client.zip and docs.zip etc...

I have run through the Universal Installer and everything indicates I am done.

but...I am rather ignorant and would appreciate it someone could tell me what is next - how do I start or get into the front end screens which someone like an Order Entry clerk would see? I can see the backend sql stuff, etc... but...I do not understand how to get going on the front.

I have called support and the gentleman I spoke with, while friendly, was simply not understanding what I wanted. We had a considerable language barrier...
