How do I remove white right-hand JFrame "shadow" border

Hi,

I have been playing around with some Swing programming and have added a BufferedImage as beckground.

However, in the righthand side there is a white line running vertically. I think its sort of a 3D border/shadow, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone know how to remove this?

Tried to post a picture, but can't use [img], so second question is; can I post pictures here?
