how do I install Oracle Text Option on 11g

I get an AMI image from Amazon EC2 and it does not have text option installed

How do I install Oracle Text I just want to do something pretty simple and it keeps getting this error!

create idex sh.idx1 on sh.AA_SGN_NAME_FOR_MAPPING_CR5(SGN_NAME) indextype is ctxsys.context;

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00901: invalid CREATE command
