How do I install gcc on Oracle Enterprise Linux?

I am new to the world of Linux and have a newly installed version of Oracle Enterprise Linux. I would like to install the gcc package. I went out to the GNU site and downloaded gcc-4.3.3.zip and have extracted it. How do I install it now?
