How Do I Install Discoverer Plus

I need to install and get working Discoverer Plus. I download As_windows_x86_bi_tool_10g and have Discoverer Administrator and Discoverer Desktop.

I need to get the web version, Plus working. What tools do I need? I suspect applications server.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
