How do I identify which LUN belongs to which storage?

Hello everyone,

I have 2 storage and created several LUNs in them respectively, and brought them into my OEL6, and finally configured a multipath.

Prior to start an installation of Oracle with ASM, I need to know which LUN belongs to which storage but I couldn't find the command to show the information. In fact, I executed the commands I found on the net but they didn't show LUN names which I assigned as a disk name at the storage level.

Please share your experience or knowledge on this issue.
