How do I grant a user (myself) the DBA role?

Hi all.

I was wondering how you log in to the Database Administrator Login.
I've made a workspace a while ago on apex.oracle.com, and I thought that since I made it, I would have full access. However, I can't seem to get in the Database Administrator Login. With Database Administrator Login, I mean the following screen: Log on to www.apex.oracle.com, go to SQL Workshop, Click on Utilities, Then About Database. What I see then is a screen asking me for a username and password.

All the info that I find on the internet is always related to the localhost APEX, while I only use the online version...

I tried using admin as username and admin as password, didn't work. Even my own credentials don't work. I have no idea how to create a user who has been granted the DBA role. As far as I know, APEX thinks I'm signed on as the APEX_PUBLIC_USER. How do I change that to my own account, and grant myself the DBA role?

All I want is to make a full backup of the whole database, and be able to take a look around. Being able to backup is the most important part to me. I don't want to backup just an application, but really the whole database: all tables and their columns, with all their corresponding rows filled with data. Everything.

So please, if anyone knows how to grant me the DBA role, do tell. I'm using APEX 4.1.1.00.23, on www.apex.oracle.com.

Thanks.
