How do I get my CSI, after purchasing network support
567270Mar 19 2007 — edited Mar 26 2007Last Friday, I went to "the Oracle store" and purchased a $99 support package, so I can download updates. I have gotten a couple of emails from "Oracle workflow" or some such, and one of the emails said my CSI would come via a subsequent email. It's Monday afternoon, and I still don't have it.
Does it normally take this long? I'm not complaining (yet). I'm just trying to determine whether I should have gotten it by now, or not.
