How do I get data out of anonymous block executed by execute immediate.

I need to execute an anonymous block and I need to get one or more collections out of the anonymous block. Simple bind variables are not enough. Of course, I can insert data in a temporary table, but would prefer to pass a nested table of some type.

Can this be done?
