How do I find RAC Cluster Name from a Table or View query (not OS command)?

Is there a table or view that I can query to determine the name of the RAC cluster that the database that I am connected to? I know that i can get the cluster name from an OS query, but I want to be able to obtain it from a table or view internal to an instance where I am connected.
