How do I find instance name for an existing Oracle Apps Server?

Hi,

Apologies if this is an easy question. I'm quite new to installing Oracle Application Server (2nd time)

I have got to the part which asks me to choose an instance name but am unsure what to put so I thought I would check on one of my companies existing boxes to see what format we use. After this it will be easy to work it out.

How do I find the instance name on one of our current servers?
