How Do I Find Errors for Oracle Job Failures?

I use oracle 9i, and my job has failures I want to view the job log detail for error messages.
Please help.

Ex. for 10g
DBA_SCHEDULER_JOB_LOG, dba_scheduler_job_run_details, ALL_SCHEDULER_JOB_LOG
