How do I email a weekly classic report within Apex ?

I just created an APEX classic report that tracks database access transaction for the previous week. Now, I want to run this report every Monday morning

and email within APEX the generated weekly report to a couple of recipients. As this is my first time to tackle this task, how do I go about doing this ?
