How do I do to backup a database with exclude tablespace and restore it?

I have 1 TB database Standard Edition with archive log enabled and rman catalog, I can use only a channel to backup the database and the backup is very long about 10 hours.

If I do a backup full on the week-end and a backup with exclude tablespace on the week It is possible to restore the database?
