I am unable to do anything on Oracle Cloud because these two instances have terminated and there no way to delete them Is Oracle Cloud always like this or was I just unlucky to try it at a very peak time of traffic on Oracle network.
I have already been to the chat line and they told me they can't help me because the easy way is to create a new account and provide a new credit again! There is nothing wrong with the credit card. I have been so far in registering and creating an instance proves that registration was OK.
Please tell me if there is a solution or advice me to try Azure, AWS or GCP.
Thank you and hope I get a message when somebody posts a response. This is mainly directed towards an Oracle Engineer who can go behind and delete the two instances and reset the account to a fresh new one again for me to begin again.
Alternatively, if I delete the account completely and setup again using the same email, would that work?
