How do I create a subtype supertype relationship?

1015973Jun 14 2013 — edited Jun 20 2013

Hello -

New to the tool as of the last few days.

I'm in a logical data model. I want to link my PARTY to the PERSON and ORG entities in a supertype/subtype relationship. There is no separate icon for this relationship, as there is for 1:1, 1:M, etc. Instead there is an icon for 'New Type Substitution'. This seems to belong to the physical model. Does the tool do supertype/subtype and how do I go about it?

Also, relationship names (the verb phrase) such as Person works at Office, do not display on screen or on printed diagrams. Is there a way to get them to display.

Lastly, is there a way to generate a printed report for relationships? I tried the one for entities and attributes. Don't see one for relationships.

Thanks for your help.
