How do I change the IR/IG font size (cell values)?

Greetings,

I know there has to be a simple solution, but none of my Google searches or tinkering has led me to it.

The content in my IR/IG is too small to read. How do I change the size of the content font? For example, I want to increase the size of the word "painting" in the my grid...
