The 'From' parameter is missing in the e-Mail generated from Oracle Reports but I'm not sure how to change it. Can it/should it be set for each report or is it a global setting? I'm not familiar with using or configuring Oracle Reports, but support for it is now my responsibility.
I read the following articles but would appreciate clarification and suggestions or additional documentation.
