How do I change the application icon in the windows taskbar (Forms 12c)

Hi,

forms 12.2.1.2 on Linux OEL 7.1

webstart=enabled

when we run the application, we get this Java icon in the windows taskbar

how do I change that java icon please?

and can I change it per application e.g. I would like to control it via formsweb.cfg or the .env files
