how do i avoid repeated values in a report. for example..

DEPTID EMPLID NAME
10 101 aaaaaa
10 166 bbbbb
10 176 ggggg
10 145 iiiiiiiii
20 234 zzzzzz
20 285 ddddd
20 266 uuuuu

but I want see the report as below.

DEPTID EMPLID NAME
10 101 aaaaaa
166 bbbbb
176 ggggg
145 iiiiiiiii
