How do I add OTP to federated system through Oracle Access Manager ?

Our Oracle Identity and Access Management version is 11.1.2.3.0

I added external System 'ABC' in Oracle Access Manager by federation way and every thing is fine , Now I need to add a security layer

as OTP , questions challenge ,......... to login ABC

How do I add OTP or questions challenge to federated system through Oracle Access Manager ? is possible by Oracle Federation capacities or should be integration between OAAM and Oracle Federation ? How ?
