How do I access AI calls within Oracle 23ai and Apex 24 on prem

I have my current application in Apex and am trying to add AI - Document understanding, AI summarization, Voice to text conversion and Predictive analysis features

I am assuming the current Oracle 23ai and Apex 24 on prem will allow for those calls.

Can you please point us to some examples on how to set them up within this environment ?
