How could i refresh a materialized view for 3 times a day

Hi ,
i have created materialized views and it refreshes for every 4 hours but my requirement is refresh the view for daily 8 am, 12 noon and 4 pm so, how could i refresh a mview for 3 times a day.

please anybody help me.
