how clone forms 12c configuration to another server on windows

Hi Guys,

I oracle forms 12.2.1.3 installed and custom configured on windows 2016. I need installed and configured in 4 another servers (different regions).

Is anyway instead of doing whole installation (weblogic, rcu, forms 12) and configuration setting again, make some clone script on source, zipped, unzipped on target and silent installation?

Please advise
