How change this dotnet Rijndael code to java?

I have some code in dotnet that creates a key and IV with Rijndael and I need to get it into Java.

        Rijndael alg = Rijndael.Create();
        alg.Mode = CipherMode.CBC;
        alg.Padding = PaddingMode.None;
        alg.KeySize = 128;

        alg.GenerateKey();
        alg.GenerateIV();
