How change the search options in "Add Items" window?

Hi,

need help to come up with a way to change the Search options in the Add Items window from the current Name/Description to other property.

In the case I'm working currently, the user would like to search by Employee Badge ID because the employee's name can be misspelled or even changed by their marital status.

Would like to understand if it is possible and where I can implement this change.

I'm using Oracle Data Relationship Management 11.1.2.4.340.
