how can tuning DBWR checkpoints rate on RAC?

We have 10.2.0.4 RAC on ASM with two nodes.

We also use hp openview.It gives alerts related with DBWR checkpoints rate is very high in sometimes.

How can I configure DBWR checkpoints rate on RAC systems.
