How can I Solve Translate Seed and Publish

Dear Friends ,

How I can Solve the Publish Time Limit Exceeded , and not get the following error :

Error during execution of wwv_flow_copy: WWV_FLOW_LISTS >> ORA-00040: active time limit exceeded - call aborted

Contact your application administrator.

happening on apex.oracle.com , my application 52 pages , with 2 languages

And it has Strings = 2,973 and Distinct Strings = 589
