How can Replace Oracle Form While in used by other user

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to replace Oracle Form while in used by other user?

Some time need to deliver urgent fixes on production environment but need to wait for off time while form are not in used.

I have searched on forum but able to get answer on it, i will be thankful if you could provide any alternative to do so.

Env:

Windows Server 2008 R2

Weblogic Server 10.3.5

Oracle Form & Report 11.1.2
