How can I unlock my administrator user and change the password?

Hello APEX community, greetings:

I have a problem with APEX installed on my machine, what happens is that I upgraded to version 21.2 (I had 21.1), but I have now problems to enter my admin user leave the same password, but without achieving access to INTERNAL workspace until I blocked the user by attempts :

I already tried with @apxchpwd.sql, but no response:
