How can i select max(date) with a Join ?

Hi everyone ,

i am working with ODI 12c ,

I have a table 1:

and the link with the table 2 is "ID_ADMITASE" , i want to join between those two table and keep only the row with max(FECHA_REG)

i found a link on internet , but i didn't understand how to do it , if you can explain to me with easy procedure it would be nice
