how can i see\know if a table in OBIEE being used by which Reports

Hi everyone, am kind of new on OBIEE and i am having an issue

i have this table in DW that has fixed data "percentage" , the variables\percentage need to be changed.

i dont want to change these variables and get effected by other reports.

1) so my question is how can i know if a table being used by how many reports and which reports is using this table.

2) how can i find which tables the reports is using ?

3) whats the path for the report on the system and whats the file extension for them ?
