How can I resolve problem with jdeveloper svn log browser.

Hi everyone!

I leave in Europe/Minsk.

Some month ago time policy in our area was changed. After this in jdeveloper svn log browser I get wrong information about time of commit's.

Look at the screen. Real time of the commit was at 20:02:20.

Here I try to add "AddVMOption -Duser.timezone="Europe/Minsk"" to idev.conf

Time has bean changed, but it is not real:

Also I had try to use Timezone Updater Tool. But it not changed situation.
