How can I remove/clean up a partial installation of OATS
877384Jul 22 2011 — edited Oct 12 2011Greetings. I installed OATS (oats-plus-prereqs-9.21.0030.zip) on my machine (Windows 7). The installation was successful, but the configuration portion got stuck while "spawning ....\oats.ear".
I looked at the install log and noticed the following:

I attempted to start the service manually, but was not successful.
To make a long story short, I rebooted and attempted the installation again (this time as an upgrade), but ended up at the same point.
At this point I just like to uninstall the product. I tried the uninstall command, but Oracle does not even see OATS as an installed product.
Any help uninstalling the mess is truly appreciated.
