How can I register Win_oracle into Linux_OMS?

Just like the title described, I deployed my OMS on Linux OS, and also, I have already registered all Oracle targets(which installed in Linux OS) into OMS.

and now, I googled a lot and trid a lot, but i can't find a correct way to register the oracle targets(which installed in windows X86/X64) into my OMS.

any advises?
