how can i migrate sql server database to oracle?

hello
i install the oracle9i and sqlserver2000 in my windows2003 server,i want to migrate all the tables and datas of Northwind db from sqlserver to oracle,but i can't find the migration tools in oracle,i wonder if oracle9i has such tool?or it need to be bought ADDITIONALLY?
