How can I make toolbars appear in Oracle SQL Data Modeler?

I downloaded the Oracle SQL Data Modeler and viewed some videos on how to use it. The videos tell you to hit buttons on the toolbar. However, my version of Oracle SQL Data Modeler shows no toolbars. I have tried every option I can think of and cannot get the toolbar to appear. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can install, and start using, the toolbar?
