How can I make region adapt to different screen size ?

Hello,

I was trying to build a page where I have 2 regions side by side

I can do that but the problem is that if I open the app in a smaller screen , the regions do not adapt automatically

I tried to add : style=width:50%; in "region definition | attributes | Region Attributes" but no luck
