How can I integrate Eclipse in Sun App Server?

Hello,
I want to create some jsp files (or servlets) with Eclipse, while using the Sun App Server 8. How can I do to bind Eclipse and Sun App Server? It is me first application with Sun App Server. Do I organize the files structure myself, because I created a development directory in Sun/AppServer directory. How can I do?
