How can I install new DB bundle patch on Windows

Hello, everyone. We have an Oracle DB 11.2.0.4 installation on Windows.

I've installed January DB bundle patch and now there's an April Bundle patch.

What are my steps to install the latest one? Only deinstallation of the previous patch since there are no PSU for Windows?

Or am I missing something?
