How can I get Ebusiness Suite info from OEM

OEM extensibility guide mentions several MGMT_% views.

Can I extract iformation from these views to know How much time is being taken by Oracle General Ledger Module?

What are the steps involved. Do I need to install any OEM patches/plug in on my 11.5.9/11.5.10 environment? Appreciate your help.
